Located in the hills surrounding Byron Bay, this large-scale new residence was built on a difficult portion of the site to optimise the magnificent panorama.

​The house envelope was minimised allowing for regeneration and reforestation of a large portion of the overall property.

​

​Local granite rock was incorporated to blend with the natural landscape where possible. Plantings were predominantly native endemic species.
